Dill, 3" pot

Certified organic dill grown by Villageside Farm (Freedom, Maine). With its airy, feathery tips, dill is a staple of the summer garden–when in bloom, it attracts pollinators (swallowtail butterflies adore it). A bright, distinctive herb, dill is essential for summer salads (Greek!), and pairs beautifully with fresh eggs, fish, and grains.

Height at maturity: 18-30"
Harvest: pinch back tips to encourage growth. If you'd like to attract pollinators, allow some of your dill to flower. NB: it self-seeds readily, so snip spent heads if you want to discourage its spread.
