Certified organic rosemary grown by Villageside Farm (Freedom, Maine). Richly earthy, piney flavor. The smell of a sizzling pork roast studded with chips of garlic and stuffed with rosemary is an invitation to sit and stay awhile. Rosemary lends itself naturally to stews, grills, roasts, shortbreads, and flavored salts.

Sun: full sun and light, well-drained soil
Height at maturity: 18-50"
Harvest: sparingly at first, until plant is established, then harvest more aggressively, and before the plant flowers, throughout summer.
