Certified organic Munstead lavender grown by Villageside Farm (Freedom, Maine). Superiorly fragrant, dusky-stemmed, compact plants that flower in tight purple blossom. Infused with a spicy, slightly peppery flavor, lavender is a unique addition to salts, shortbread, teas, and more.
