Second Frost Farm cabbages get shredded up, tossed with other seasonally available farm ingredients, mixed with sea salt and lacto-fermented into deliciously crunchy krauts. Pickle kraut is satisfyingly pickle-y, but light. Excellent addition to sandwiches, grain bowls, and more. Maide in Monroe, Maine. Organic.
