Second Frost Farm cabbages get shredded up, tossed with fresh carrots and ginger, mixed with sea salt and lacto-fermented into a deliciously crunchy kraut. Lightly gingery with hints of carrot sweetness, an excellent addition to grain bowls, tacos, quesadillas, and more.  Made in Monroe, Maine. Organic. 

The online farm store is open every Sunday from 8am to midnight!

Pick up your order at the farm on Fridays (2pm to 6pm) or choose home delivery in Camden, Rockport, Rockland, and Thomaston.
