Made by gathering fresh sap (also known as coconut nectar) from coconut trees that is filtered, naturally fermented, and blended with unrefined sea salt. Contains seventeen amino acids and can be substituted in recipes for soy sauce and tamari, excellent addition to stir fries, salad dressings, noodles, marinades.
