Broccolini, 4 pack

Certified organic broccolini grown by Villageside Farm (Freedom, Maine). A hybrid of broccoli and Chinese broccoli, Broccolini is a tender stemmed, smaller variety with deeper, more nuanced flavor.  One of our favorite summer vegetables, broccolini is excellent grilled, tossed with lemon and olive oil, or pan fried.

Harvest: before the flowerhead opens, cut main stem and any side shoots. Cutting will encourage growth.
