Certified organic Bright Lights Chard grown by Villageside Farm (Freedom, Maine). With a subtle and mild flavor, Bright Lights is a show-stopper chard–large glossy leaves sit atop a variety of colored stalks (from snow white, to fuchsia, orange, and lemon yellow). Excellent sautéed, added to soups and curries, or as the base for quiche, Bright Lights is a hardy plant that can tolerate moderate frosts, and will produce all season long.
