Second Frost Farm cabbages get shredded up, tossed with roasted poblano peppers, mixed with sea salt and lacto-fermented into a deliciously crunchy kraut. Poblano pepper kraut is smokey, peppery deliciousness that lends itself to just about anything. We've been enjoying it on pupusas. Made in Monroe, Maine. Organic.
