I was skeptical when a friend brought me a jar of this oil. Coffee? But since trying it, Smoky Coffee Chili oil has quickly become a favorite. Made of a blend of four Mexican dried chiles toasted in peanut oil and infused with black garlic, ground coffee, and sesame seeds, this oil is reminiscent of mole and brings an earthy, smoky note to anything it touches. We love this on tacos and grain bowls. Medium spice.
