This pita bread reaches new levels of good. In summer, we ate this with abandon: lightly toasted with a lick of mayonnaise, and stuffed with tomatoes. In winter this is our favorite sandwich bread. An excellent vehicle for tahini dip, labneh, or hummus. Customer favorite. Made by Shovel and Spoon in Limington, Maine.
