Made using traditional Japanese methods, Moyomi Shoyu, or soy sauce, is crafted in small batches in Southeastern Connecticut using whole organic soybean and wheat koji. This Shoyu has a deep, rich, complex flavor profile.
The online farm store is open every Sunday from 8am to midnight!
Pick up your order at the farm on Fridays (2pm to 6pm) or choose home delivery in Camden, Rockport, Rockland, and Thomaston.
