With its cheerful yellow orange interior and sweet, nutty flavor, Acorn squash is a favorite winter vegetable. We like to cut these lengthwise, layer butter, brown sugar, and freshly grated ginger into the cavity, and roast until tender. Certified Organic. Approximately 2lbs.
