Sweet, nutty, tender flesh. Excellent roasted, great in soup. Will keep for months in cool, dark storage. Certified Organic. Baby size includes 2-3 baby squash, approximately 2lbs. Medium size includes 1 medium squash, approximately 2.75 lbs.
