Creamy yellow skin with dark green racing stripes, exceptionally sweet, with skin tender enough to eat. Excellent roasted with sage, great stuffed, or added to soups, this squash is in our regular rotation all winter. Certified Organic. 1 small squash is approximately 1.1 lbs.
