Think baby butternut, with a brighter flesh, and slightly darker skin. We love to use honeynuts in sheet pan roasts, or pureed in winter soup with leek, thyme, and good stock. Certified Organic. 1-2 small squash, approximately 1.5 lbs.
The online farm store is open every Sunday from 8am to midnight!
Pick up your order at the farm on Fridays (2pm to 6pm) or choose home delivery in Camden, Rockport, Rockland, and Thomaston.
