A hybrid of butternut and kabocha squash, Koginut has a creamy, nutty, sweet profile. We love it roasted, in soup, or incorporated into cakes. Certified Organic. Medium is approximately 2.4 lbs. Large is approximately 3.75 lbs.
The online farm store is open every Sunday from 8am to midnight!
Pick up your order at the farm on Fridays (2pm to 6pm) or choose home delivery in Camden, Rockport, Rockland, and Thomaston.
