With its beautiful dark green, deeply textured leaves, Tuscan kale has a rich, earthy flavor and tender texture that becomes sweeter in cool weather. Delicious sautéed with garlic and olive oil, added to hearty soups and stews, or finely shredded into salads. Also known as lacinato or dinosaur kale. Certified Organic.
