Uproot Pizza Kit

, A terrific pizza-at-home kit from our friends at Uproot Pie Co! 

Makes for an easy and delicious end-of-week dinner, and fun for everyone. (Our eight-year-old throws herself into the pizza-making process.) The Pizza Kit has everything you'll need--just allow an hour or so to proof the dough at room temperature before you roll it out. Kits are prepared to order; best to use by Friday night. Serves four people.

Great pizza add-ons from the Tenderwild Store: arugula, mushrooms, caramelized onions, fresh chèvre and feta, kalamata olives, bacon.

Each kit will make two large pizzas, or four 9” pizzas, and includes:

-Two 12 oz. sourdough balls (can be separated into four 6 oz. dough balls for smaller 9" pizzas)

-8 oz. cup of classic fresh tomato sauce

-6 oz. bag of shredded provolone/ mozzarella mix
