Eliza Edens grew up in rural Massachusetts, played in the woods behind her house, and eventually made her way to Brooklyn — the long way, through Colorado and Philadelphia. That kind of biography tends to show up in the songs, and with Edens it does: fingerpicked guitar in the Nick Drake tradition, a harmonic ear shaped by years of classical piano, and lyrics that treat love, grief, and the natural world as equally worthy subjects. No Depression called her debut a mesmerizing 29 minutes of delicate fingerpicking and poetry in motion. Her sophomore record went deeper — more vulnerable, more searching, songs that reimagine endings as devotional experiences rather than finite ones. Her most recent work suggests she’s moving again, toward something stranger and more electric. Wherever she’s headed, the writing remains the constant. Come find out where she is now.

TENDERWILD FARM WELCOMES CRABTREE SESSIONS

Crabtree Sessions has been happening on North Haven for five years — live music at Turner Farm, one of the most beautiful settings in Maine. The catch: unless you live on the island, you can’t go. No late ferries, nowhere to stay. This season, two farms on either side of the Pen Bay are joining forces to change that. Crabtree Sessions comes to the mainland for the first time, hosted at Tenderwild Farm — same spirit, same commitment to music that means something, new shore. If you’ve heard about these shows and wondered what you were missing, pull up a chair. We’re glad you’re here.

THE NICE TO KNOWS

Doors open and fire pit lit at 6pm.
Ticket includes free parking at the farm.
